Leadership In Ethics with Notre Dame

The Leadership and Ethics Program with Notre Dame is a training designed for rising leaders among our MSLDP graduates. This program focuses on elevating those existing leaders, providing them with the tools and strategies to effectively navigate challenges. They will be encouraged to lay the groundwork, and continue to stride toward excellence, for their passion projects and initiatives. Through its dedication to building and strengthening military spouses, LEP empowers participants to become the change agents, making ethical impacts for the betterment of their communities,  ultimately benefiting both military families and the broader populations they serve. The LIMS learning environment is devoted to fostering connections amongst peers and partners invested in learning from one another and reinforces the continuum of support long after the program concludes. This continued empowerment to become an action-oriented leader, advocate, and mentor, coupled with a supported network of like-minded individuals, will foster lasting advocacy in our military community.

The MSAN-Notre Dame partnership is a multidisciplinary campus project. It involves faculty and staff from 10 organizations who are developing the partnership and the logistics of creating and delivering the not-for-credit courses. The project is being spearheaded and resourced by Notre Dame Research with the support of the Office of Military & Veterans Affairs, the College of Arts and Letters, the Mendoza College of Business, Notre Dame Learning’s Office of Digital Learning, the Office of Public Affairs and Communications, the William J. Shaw Center for Children and Families, the Notre Dame Deloitte Center for Ethical Leadership, the Veldman Family Psychology Clinic and the Mental Health Initiative.
