The Leadership Institute for Military Spouses by Military Spouse Advocacy Network is committed to supporting military spouses by providing free, virtually accessible mental wellness training. We have partnered with PsychHUB to equip military spouses with the skills needed to provide mental wellness education so that spouses can be more prepared for real military family life stressors and transitions.
All participants will receive certifications and the opportunity to earn up to 11 CE credits.
The training will require approx. 10 hours of training in the following courses presented below.
MHA is free, virtual and self-paced.
Leadership Institute for Military Spouses’ Mental Health Ally Course objectives
LIMS by MSAN provides this free and virtual opportunity for all eligible military spouses. The knowledge and skills gained through this training will better prepare spouses to support themselves, their families and their communities. All of MSANs volunteers are trained Mental Health Allies through the Leadership Institute for Military Spouses. This training equips MSAN volunteers to provide better support to their mentees. CURRENT and FUTURE MSAN volunteers are eligible for this certification.
